Who we are

Fxivo (fxivo.com, fxivo.in) is operated by . Fxivo sells licences to digital gift animations, effects and related assets for use inside live-streaming, chat and audio-room apps. Contact: support@fxivo.com.

Accounts

You need an account to buy. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One business may hold several accounts, but credits, licences and plan benefits cannot be moved between accounts.

What you buy

Every purchase is a licence to use a design, not ownership of it. The scope of each licence (Standard, Limited or Exclusive) is set out in the License Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Previews on the site are watermarked and low resolution; full files are delivered after purchase.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in Fxivo credits, where 1 credit equals ₹1. You pay for purchases with wallet credits. Credits are bought in India through Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking) and internationally through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles local taxes. GST is added to Indian top-ups and subscription charges as shown at checkout. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute files outside the licensed app.
• Do not use files to train or fine-tune AI models, or to build a competing asset library.
• Do not remove or tamper with licence identifiers embedded in files.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass payment, scrape the catalogue or abuse download links.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse files or attempt fraud. Licences tied to a breach may be revoked. Unused paid credits on an account closed for reasons other than a breach are handled under the Wallet & Credits Terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the store available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or on the site at least 14 days before they apply. Purchases already made stay under the terms that applied when you bought.

Liability

Files are provided for display in apps and are tested on the SVGAPlayer and VAP players listed on each product page. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or app downtime.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to support@fxivo.com; if unresolved within 30 days, they fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the .
