Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account: name, email, company, country, phone (for payments), GSTIN and billing address if you add them.
• Purchases: orders, licences, the app name you license for, wallet history, invoices.
• Technical: IP address, browser, download logs and security logs.
• Files you upload to Custom Studio or the Live Room Simulator. Simulator screenshots stay in your browser and are not uploaded.

Why we use it

• To run your account, process payments, deliver files and issue invoices (contract).
• To prevent fraud, trace leaked files and keep the service secure (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
• To meet tax and accounting law, including GST records (legal obligation).
• To send product updates if you opt in (consent; you can withdraw any time).

Who we share it with

• Payment processors: Cashfree Payments (India) and Paddle (international, as merchant of record).
• Hosting and storage providers (servers in India and Cloudflare R2 for files).
• Email delivery provider.
• Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Invoices and transaction records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Download and security logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can access, correct and erase your data, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have GDPR rights to restriction, objection and portability, and you may complain to your local authority. Some data (like invoices) must be kept even after erasure requests.
