Custom Order Policy

Brief and quote

Send a brief through Custom Studio. We reply with a quote, timeline and the licence tier included. Pro and Studio members get priority in the queue; Studio members get 15% off the quote.

Payment

• 50% advance to start, paid from your wallet, by invoice or by bank wire.
• 50% balance on delivery, before final files are released.
• Large orders can be invoiced in INR or USD.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. A revision changes the agreed concept (colours, timing, details); a new concept is a new order. Extra revisions are quoted separately.

Delivery and licence

Final files are delivered to your Downloads like any other pack. Unless agreed otherwise, custom work is delivered with an Exclusive licence for your app and is not sold to others.

Cancellation

You can cancel before work starts for a full refund of the advance. After work starts the advance is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver, we refund everything you paid.
