License Agreement

Grant

When you complete a purchase, Fxivo grants you a worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive (except for Exclusive) licence to use the purchased design inside the ONE app named at checkout (including its Android, iOS and web versions under the same brand).

Standard licence

• Use in one app.
• The same design stays on sale; other buyers may license it.
• Price: the listed Standard price.

Limited licence

• Use in one app.
• The design is licensed to at most the number of apps shown on the product page (normally 5), then it is marked sold out and never sold again as Limited or Standard.
• Typically 2–3× the Standard price.

Exclusive licence

• Use in one app.
• Offered only for designs with no previous licences. After your purchase the design is removed from the store and not licensed to anyone else.
• Earlier preview copies may remain in search engines or caches; we remove them from Fxivo and our CDN.
• Typically 5–10× the Standard price.

What you may do

• Show the files to your app's users as gifts, entry effects, frames, badges, banners, bubbles or room themes.
• Resize, re-time, compress or convert the files for your app (for example SVGA ↔ VAP).
• Use the icon PNGs in your app's gift panel, store and promotional screenshots of the app.

What you may not do

• Use the files in a second app, white-label product or client project without a separate licence.
• Resell, share, upload to asset sites, or give the files to another company.
• Use the files or their frames to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models.
• Claim the design as your own original work or register it as a trademark.

Your watermark

If you add your own logo or name as a watermark in your account, we place it on your copy of the effect files at no extra cost. The watermarked files are covered by the same licence tier as the base design. Your logo stays yours.

Fingerprinting

Each delivered file carries a hidden identifier linked to your licence. It does not affect playback. If files are found outside the licensed app, we may use the identifier to contact you and revoke the licence.

Ending the licence

The licence lasts as long as the licensed app uses the design, unless revoked for breach or refunded. After a refund or revocation you must remove the files from the app's next release.
