Instant digital delivery

Fxivo sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically and no shipping charges apply.

When you get your files

• Wallet top-ups are credited as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
• Purchased packs appear in Account → Downloads immediately after checkout; your personal zip is prepared within a minute.
• You can re-download your files at any time while your licence is active.
• Custom orders are delivered on the date agreed in the quote.

Delivery problems

If a download does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support@fxivo.com with your order number and we will deliver it manually.
